After-sales service helps to reduce the cost of maintaining this equipment in a technically-operational state and should be carried out by specialists of specialized service companies.
Such work is carried out using professional tools and special equipment in accordance with the technical requirements for each individual unit.

The «VAN LINE» company offers professional assistance in the installation, configuration, maintenance and repair of rooftops throughout Ukraine.

Rooftop service includes: check of working voltage; inspection of equipment mounts and external inspection; automation check; checking air filters; verification of reference vibration isolators; diagnostics of the drainage system; checking the condition of heat exchangers; checking the presence of freon and pipeline (replacement if necessary, for an additional fee); antibacterial treatment of heat exchangers; check of working current; checking the status of control and power circuits; grating cleaning; checking the condition of drive belts.

The warranty on all work performed is – 1 month.
It is recommended to check the equipment – once a month (all year), but at least once a quarter.
The conditions in which the rooftop operates must comply with the instructions (technical passport) of the manufacturer.
